When to Start Recruiting

Highest level of NCAA competition. The most scholarships available. Extremely competitive — but opportunities exist at every position for the right athlete.

Strong balance of academics and athletics. Full and partial scholarships available. 300+ programs with a wide range of school sizes and locations.

No athletic scholarships, but strong academic financial aid. 450+ programs nationwide. Excellent for athletes prioritizing academics alongside a competitive athletic experience.

NAIA

Smaller schools with athletic scholarships. Less competition than D1 but serious athletics. A great fit for athletes who want scholarships at a smaller, tighter-knit school.

JUCO

Two-year programs ideal for athletes who need development time, an academic fresh start, or a pathway to a four-year program. Highly underutilized by most families.

Then we build a target list that includes your primary division targets plus adjacent divisions that offer real opportunities. The goal is to get your athlete personally in front of programs where they can genuinely get recruited — not just where they dream of going.
