The process starts with a simple application. Once submitted, we schedule a 20-minute onboarding call to learn everything about your athlete — their game, their goals, and the kinds of programs that would be the right fit.
This call is critical. The more we understand your athlete, the more targeted and effective our outreach will be. We don't treat every athlete the same — we build a custom strategy based on what your family actually wants.
Within the first week, our team builds a complete recruiting package for your athlete. This is what gets sent to every coach we contact — and first impressions matter enormously at the college level.
We design everything from scratch, professionally. Not a template — a real, polished package that presents your athlete the way a Division I program expects to be pitched. Every detail is reviewed and approved by your family before we send anything.
We reach out to targeted coaches based on your athlete's sport, position, division preference, and graduation year. Every message is personalized — not a mass blast. We reference the program by name, the coach by name, and explain specifically why your athlete is a fit for their roster.
